Our Founder
Roberto Negretti Chalbaud, Vice President of Sales & Marketing has been part of the Travel industry for more than two decades, started in the Airline industry in the 90's with Avensa Airlines, Saeta Airlines & Vasp-Ecuatoriana Group. As a Hotelier Roberto worked for Hilton Hotels, also represented Baywood Hotels as Regional Director for their South Florida Hotels. With multi brand experience with Marriott, Hilton, IHG & Wyndham. With a degree in Culinary Arts from "Le Cordon Bleu College" and also certified in "Hospitality Management", "Human Resources Management". With Hotel Opening Experience Roberto has successfully opened 4 Hotels in South Florida. Was awarded "Director of Sales of the year from Baywood Hotels in 2007", during 2012 one of his Hotels was awarded "Hotel of the year - Ramada Miami", from Hospitality Ventures. In 2009 Negretti decided to create DOMUS HOSPITALITY, thanks to his alliance with local Hotels and knowledge of what the Airline industry needs. Also opened his own DOMUS BOUTIQUE brand with the new Domus Hotel San Salvador and expects to open four more properties in the next 10 years: San Andres Island, Guatemala, Barcelona & Key West-Florida.

Nuestro Fundador
Roberto Negretti Chalbaud, Vicepresidente de Mercadeo y Ventas, ha sido parte de la industria turística por más de dos décadas luego de trabajar en los 90's en Avensa Airlines, Saeta Airlines y Vasp-Ecuatoriana. Como Hotelero Roberto trabajó para Hilton Hotels, posteriormente fué parte de la empresa Baywood Hotels donde se desempeñó como Director Regional en Miami. Con experiencia en multiples marcas de Hoteles como Marriott, Hilton, IHG y Wyndham. Graduado en Ciencias Culinarias en "Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts", Roberto tiene un Certificado en "Gerencia Hotelera", "Recursos Humanos", "Control de Costos" & "Alimentos y Bebidas". Con experiencia en apertura de Hoteles, Roberto ha inaugurado con éxito cuatro Hoteles en Miami. Durante el 2007 fué nombrado "Director de Ventas para Baywood Hotels" y en el 2012 uno de sus Hoteles fué galardonado como "Mejor Hotel del año" (Ramada Miami). En el año 2009 Roberto fundó con éxito DOMUS HOSPITALITY con sus conocimientos hoteleros sobre las necesidades de las empresa aéreas. Roberto es también Licenciado en Bienes Raices de la Florida. Su nuevo Proyecto son los Hoteles DOMUS Boutique en la region, abriendo ya el primero en San Salvador, de un total de cinco que espera abrir en el futuro: Guatemala, San Andres, Barcelona y Key West.
